IRINA
Hi! My name is Irina. I’m eighteen and I’m currently studying architecture at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. I was born in Sochi but my passion for art and especially architecture led me to Moscow. The course I’m on is actually the most exciting experience I have had in my life so far. I’ve always wanted to use the knowledge obtained throughout the years of studying the architecture in practice. Global Studio is the opportunity I was looking for. My dreams of really trying myself in design will finally come true.
Apart from studying, I do a lot more things. Family and friends are what matters most in life for me. I spend my free time with them doing sports, shopping, going to museums, art galleries and restaurants. When we do not feel like going out, staying at home and watching TV or playing board games are the best options. I adore the TV show called “Hell’s kitchen” with chef Konstantin Ivlev. This is how I relax completely.
I also enjoy reading. My favourite author is Jane Austen. The aesthetic of her books and the Victorian England is what I usually use as inspiration for my creative work at the university. Classic literature made me realise that each type of art is interconnected. Prose, poetry, painting, design, architecture – all of these are the result of cultural development that has been going on since the beginning of the humanity. I strive to contribute to this cause.

IGOR
Hi all! My name is Igor. I am studying to be an architect at the Russian Peoples’ Friendship University. I am 19 years old, I was born in the city of Saratov, but from an early age I have lived in Moscow. I really like my profession, it inspires me. I am very glad that I got into Global Studio – this is a very interesting job in which I can show all my creative talents.
In addition to studying, I play sports, love photography, and follow trends. I am really interested in a lot of things, I like to take a lot of experience from any hobbies in order to be a versatile person. I like to watch a lot of TV series and films. I’m following the news. I also do graphic design and video editing. I also do modeling, participate in various filming, projects, act in commercials and much more.
Sometimes it’s difficult to combine all this, so I try to relax with my family and close friends. Reading books, traveling, it helps me relax and not be scattered about everything at once.

SHAMIL
Hi! My name is Shamil. I am studying in the 2nd year of architecture at Rudn University. I am 18 years old and I was born in the city of Izberbash, Republic of Dagestan (Russia). I came to Moscow a year ago.
I am interested in studying architecture because I can expand my imagination and erect buildings of unusual shape. I have also been playing football for 10 years and still run after a round ball, which I love so much. I also like spending time with friends, walking, going to restaurants and chatting about everything in the world.
I am also a greater connoisseur of cinema and my favorite movie is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I really like to make gifts to my family and for this New Year, I want to give something unusual and useful. I also really like humorous programs and sometimes I want to laugh in the evenings.

Hi! My name is Pelumi. I’m a second year student of architecture at people’s friendship universities of Russia. I’m 19 years old. I was born in Ibadan ,Nigeria. I moved to Moscow, Russia, in late 2021 to study. I was led to architecture by my interest in art. My older brother ,my only sibling ,is the one who sparked my interest in art. I remember him teaching me how to fleshing out my stick figures.
Somehow my appreciation for arts evolved to my love for historical and crazy modernist buildings. I can’t wait to be a licensed architect who gets to create these type of buildings. That is why I’m so excited to be a part of the Global Studio. I really feel like being a part of this program will prepare me for what relating with clients , crafting draft and final ideas will be like after graduating from university. I love to read, thanks to my mum who teaches literature, I feel like my earliest memories involve me with a book and a pen. I also write novels and poems during my free time. I love watching movies.
A very stressful first year of architecture pushed me to turn to cooking as a sort of therapy, so now i really love cooking and baking.I really like Indian food. I love taking pictures of sunsets, sunrises, people…I live for the late night talks I have with my mum and dad, and the random memes my brother sends me. I love late night walks and picnics with my friends. I also really like listening to music.

Hi, my name is Yura, I am studying architecture in Moscow, 2nd year. I myself am from the cold city of Tyumen, Siberia of Russia, interested in construction and design.

Hello everyone, my name is Yaroslav. I am 19 years old and am studying at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, majoring in architecture. I really like this specialty and it is interesting. I am very glad to take part in this project, where you can try your creative abilities.
In my free time from studying, I like to play sports, in the past I played volleyball at a semi-professional level, now I just keep in good physical shape. I also love everything related to cars, I ride very often and take part in motorsport competitions. Travel also holds a special place in my heart; I really love visiting different cities and countries.
When I have time and desire, I read books and watch TV series, my favorite genre of TV series is thriller and detective stories.
