Our group used Tencent meetings to communicate the difficulties faced by our grandparents, and ultimately, we decided on our initial brief.

We gather information and details to improve our briefing. We spent days writing our briefs, scouring the web for pictures and decorations, taking pictures of the issues we wanted to describe. Then we put them together and started designing our design brief to make it prettier and easier to understand.

We answered their questions and provided our ideas for their preliminary design proposal.
