We had a video conference, which was a very interesting experience for our group\u2014using a second language for formal communication for the first time. We are very grateful for their patience in answering all our questions and providing detailed demonstrations during the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We communicate and collaborate by creating channels on Discord. In the following weeks, we dove into the formal process of communication and collaboration. As clients, we presented questions and pain points to each other. They provided five ideas related to the challenges my grandmother faces when cycling to buy groceries.
