Hi, its Hacer Kırlangıç. I am 23 years old 4th year Industrial Design student at Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Türkiye. I am originally from Antalya which is a very touristic city in the south of Türkiye. I am spending my summers in Antalya and I love to travel as I get a chance. Below, I will briefly mention my favorite project and things I like . That way you will have some clue about me.

In my departmental elective course TV Stage Design, I had a chance to design a concert stage/area for one of my favorite music bands Muse. In this course I have learned the fundamentals of designing a stage and had so much fun with this specific project. Getting the know Stage Design industry and seeing how creative and fun designing projects like this brought my attention to this field. I have learned so much with the departmental elective courses I took and with Global Design Studio, I aim to learn the subtleties of working internationally and experience conducting a design process with people from different countries. I expect it to gain me proffessionalism with the knowledge and experince I get through the semester.

More about myself;

I like to spend time with my friends by going on coffee dates, playing tennis or just hanging at Devrim. Devrim is a well-known stadium of our university. I am a dog person and I wish to have a dog in near future. While I like doing these, meeting new people, seeing new places and new experiences excites me the most.

With that being said;

I just started to travel and I have been to some places but I can’t wait to see more and gain new experiences.

Lastly I like to spend time in nature too and I enjoy taking photos while I am out and about. Thanks for coming this far!
