Nice to meet you

Hello everyone! We are the KRIK team. We are all different, but we are all united by the love of creation. Each of us has written a little idea about overself:

Anastasia:
Hello where!
My name is Nastya(the shot version of my name). I from in Moscow, Russia. I’m studying in the faculty of “Design of Architectural Environment” in RUDN. I like that at our university we can meet and communicate with people from almost all over the world. It’s amazing!
What about me? I have a lot of hobbies and here are some of them:
1. Handmade. It’s one of my favorite hobbies, because it’s really cool when you can put a part of your soul into a thing you’ve made.
2. Table games, like monopoly, uno, dungeons and dragons and etc;
3. Playing the ukulele. I don’t have a musical education, so it’s a little difficult for me. But I think one day I will be able to play any melody;
4. Сollecting. I collect stickers from fruits since I was 13. So it’s already quite big);
5. Playing computer games. I like puzzles and detective quests. They make your brain work from a different angle. It develops and I like it.
And of course art. Painting, drawing… it’s a big part of my live. I hope one day I will be able to hold an exhibition of my artworks.

Ekaterina:
Hello-hello!
I’m Kate. I’m from Russia. I’m in my second year studying Architecture in RUDN. This is connection between maths and art so there is no better choice for me!
I really love to explore different cultures, languages and, most importantly, people from over the world. I’m glad to have this opportunity in my university and during this project.
I like create something with my own hands, from maquettes and ceramics to dishes for my family and friends. Handiwork is a way to try something new and spend time with joy. It’s always very exciting to see the results!
There’s a lot of tough stuff in life, but I believe that together we can make the world better place to live in!
Can’t wait to see you next time! Bye!

Elizabeth:
I came from Finland to study in Russia to become a world-class architect

Rano:
My name is Rano. I am 19 years old and I was born in one of the beautiful cities of Central Asia, in Tashkent. I want to tell you a little about my homeland.

Tashkent is a very ancient city. It is more than two thousand years old. It stood as a small settlement on the caravan road – the Great Silk Road.
Now Tashkent is the capital of Uzbekistan, an independent state. There is a lot of new things in it, but the heritage of past eras is also preserved. Modern architecture coexists with ancient architecture and coexists with buildings from the Soviet period.

Well, now about me again. I am a student at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. Now I am in my second year of studying in Moscow. I entered the Faculty of Architecture and Design. Since childhood, I have been very interested in studying drawing, architecture and art history. I always understood that this is what my heart wants to study. It also seems to me that the profession of an architect is very creative, because each project is individual. It is always a search for new forms and creative solutions. Therefore, such work will never be boring and monotonous.

And here are my social media in case you’ll need me.

    Hi, Girls! Great idea for the banner and styling your photos to match it!
    Rano, special thanks for a brief intro in history of your motherland, I was (and still) dreaming of visiting Tashkent and Bukhara since I was a teen and read the stories about Nasredin.
    Elizabeth, can you tell us a little more about Finland and yourself, it would be great to know you better!
